All products carrying the Fire & Iron brand name are produced by us or under exclusive contract for us. Arrangements can be made for local pick-up on any order. Local and other sales made within the state of Florida are subject to 7% sales tax. Shipping and packaging charges will be based on the individual order unless otherwise noted. Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Incomplete orders will not be shipped unless specifically directed by the customer. Certain items may drop ship directly from the vendor, when possible, every effort will be made to combine shipments in order to reduce your shipping costs. In the event an item(s) is not available at time of order processing, you will be informed immediately and given all available options - we want you to be happy even if it means loosing the entire order. Frequently Asked Questions:

1- Why don't you accept credit cards?
A- We're just starting out in retail sales, give us some time to get things going and select a system that not only works properly but will also adequately protect your privacy.

2- Why are shipping charges not listed?
A- For now, shipping will be calculated per the order and delivery address, please bear with us until we get an accurate shipping calculator in place.  Generic shipping calculators over charge, over charged customers are not happy, we want happy customers!

3- What about custom orders?
A- All custom orders will be verified in writing to ensure you receive exactly what you order.  In most cases this can be done readily via email, in some cases it will require hard copy verification.  The verification procedure will be followed for all custom orders so there will be no confusion from either party.  At minimum, all custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the materials and approximately 25% of labor fees before any materials acquisition or work will commence.  Payment in full must be rendered before any custom order will ship unless prior written agreement has been accepted.  Payment in full is required for all custom orders being filled in whole or part by outside vendors.  Sorry, all sales are final on custom orders, this is why we require written verification.  If you are not happy with what you ordered, we will assist you as much as possible but cannot offer refunds or replacements.

4- What is a "Pre-shipment check"?
A- Certain items closed or sealed in factory cartons may be opened for visual inspection or checked for operation prior to them being shipped to you.  We do this to help ensure the item is as-described and to eliminate unnecessary shipping and handling costs to both you and us.

5- Why do you require shipping insurance?
A- Shipping insurance is required to protect you and us.  Once the merchandise leaves our custody, we have no control over the handling and or storage.  Shipping insurance is cheap and will help ensure you get a prompt refund/replacement from the carrier should damage occur during shipment.  We will assist in any manner possible to resolve any shipping damage/loss claims.

6- I can't see a picture well - I want more information - I have a question.
A- Anytime you want additional information or pictures, please ask by
emailing us.  We will be more than happy to provide you with any additional information or pictures we can to ensure you have a positive experience at Fire & Iron.  Please don't hesitate to ask questions, we pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to make sure you have all the information you need on any of our products or services.

7- I changed my mind, what now?
A- If you placed an order and changed you mind, made a mistake or forgot something, don't panic!  If you order has not been processed and or shipped, we'll be happy to make any possible changes.
Contact Us!   If you discover your mistake after the order shipped or when you received it, please contact us, we'll be happy to assist you as much as we can.
